By using the BAYAN website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes and to avoid actions that could disrupt the website, its forms, or its connected systems.
Services
BAYAN offers marketing, branding, content creation, media production, paid ads management, marketing strategy, packaging design, community management, and presentation design services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed through written proposals or agreements.
Proposals and Packages
Website package descriptions are general service outlines. Final pricing, deliverables, production needs, advertising budgets, and timelines may change depending on the brand, campaign goals, platforms, locations, concepts, number of people involved, and production level.
Paid Media Budget
Advertising budgets are separate from BAYAN service fees unless a written agreement says otherwise. Media spend is recommended based on campaign goals, audience, platforms, and required performance.
Payment Terms
- Setup work may require 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.
- Monthly retainers are paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
- Work outside the selected scope should be priced and approved before execution.
Content and Approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, product details, brand assets, and legal or compliance requirements that apply to their industry.
Intellectual Property
Website content, layouts, visuals, text, and BAYAN brand materials may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of client project files and final deliverables should be defined in the approved proposal or agreement.
Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, hosting providers, email tools, analytics tools, chatbot providers, or production partners. BAYAN is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
No Guaranteed Results
BAYAN works to improve brand presence, content quality, campaign structure, and performance. Marketing and advertising results can vary due to budget, audience, competition, platform behavior, offer quality, seasonality, and other factors.
Proposal Validity
Unless stated otherwise in a written proposal, offers are valid for 14 days from the sending date.
